Fancy a running challenge with a bit of a difference? Why not raise money for Out & About by taking part in the Hog Run at Wantisden, Suffolk? The Hog Run is a multi-discipline adventure event which follows a 7-8 mile running course with a few obstacles thrown in to make it all the more exciting.
Where: Wantisden Hall, Wantisden, Woodbridge, Suffolk.
When: Sunday 7th November 2010.
Time: Registration 9.30-11am. Briefing 11.15am. Start 11.30am.
Cost: £105 for a team of three. Please raise as much sponsorship as possible.

Minimum age 16. No upper age limit.
Be prepared to get dirty, this is NOT a road race.
We recommend long sleeved tops and tracksuit bottoms, trainers and gloves.
Remember to bring a towel and a dry set of clothes for after the challenge.
Toilets are available, but there are no showers.
